1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember preferences and gather analytics. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixel tags.
2. Types of cookies we use

3. Consent & control
Where required by law (EU/UK/Brazil), non-essential cookies are loaded only after your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by contacting privacy@operag.com.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent the Portal from functioning correctly.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services we use (e.g., authentication, analytics, embedded video providers, CDN). These third parties may use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where you click on links to external sites (e.g., LinkedIn), those sites' cookie practices apply.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or change services. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
