It depends on the role. For Operator Track, local residency is usually required; Consulting Track and Partner Program allow hybrid or remote formats depending on the mandate.
You work on the client's business, but as part of Opera. You get exposure to multiple industries and geographies and support from a senior team with a history of local operations.
Yes, via the Partner Program. A mandate agreement is signed with clear scope, fees, and exclusivity and confidentiality rules.
Every incorporation undergoes a conflict check. If there is overlap with an active mandate, we do not proceed or redefine the scope. Full transparency with the client and with you.
Yes, mainly in Consulting Track and corporate roles. For Operator Track, we prioritize previous experience in the role's industry.
