This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets out the conduct expected of users of operag.com and the Opera Group Client Portal. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

1. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code of the Services.
- Scraping, crawling, harvesting or otherwise extracting data using automated means without express written consent.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing access by anyone other than the named account holder.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limits, security controls or row-level access policies.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, worms or any code intended to disrupt the Services.
- Submitting content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or that violates third-party privacy or IP rights.
- Using the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to facilitate fraud, money-laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with an organization.
- Probing or testing the vulnerability of the Services without prior coordination with security@operag.com.
2. User-submitted content
You are solely responsible for content you upload (briefs, brand assets, NDAs, financials). You represent that you have all necessary rights to share such content with Opera Group and its subprocessors for the purposes of the engagement. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share, and do not include special-category personal data (health, racial origin, biometric, etc.) unless explicitly required and pre-agreed in writing.
3. Fair use & rate limits
The Services are provided for normal business use. Opera Group may apply reasonable rate limits, file-size caps and quotas to ensure availability and protect against abuse. Excessive consumption that disrupts the experience of other users may result in throttling or suspension.
4. AI-assisted features
Some Portal features rely on AI assistance for brief generation and recommendations. You may not use these features to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful or deceptive, nor to extract confidential information about Opera Group's models, prompts or other clients.
5. Enforcement
Opera Group may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Opera Group is not obligated to monitor user content but reserves the right to do so where appropriate.
